Like many of us, I love to be outdoors in our nearby mountains and wilderness areas. Staying strong and active is important to me. I became a massage therapist so I could support others on their own path of greater health and a vibrant life they love.
I am a graduate of Bozeman’s Health Works Institute, State Licensed in Montana and Board Certified for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I’ve had a massage therapy practice in Livingston since 2011.
Committed to growth and professional development I give or receive massage from a colleague regularly, read professional publications on technique, treatment, and the latest research, and participate in continuing education seminars annually. I am continually broadening my skills and providing the best possible care to each client.
Originally from New York State, I made my way to Livingston following many years of living and working in Yellowstone National Park. I live and play here with my husband Parks and canine pal Moose.
